Invitation to Become an Early Investor

About the Fund

The fund guarantees the investor a 1% monthly return on a minimum investment of $50,000, paid automatically by ACH transfer on the 15th of each month, for a period of 12 months. Minimum investment is $50,000 and maximum investment per household is $250,000.

At the end of the 12 months, the investment will be returned in full, and the investor will have the option to extend the investment period for the next 12 months.

Early investors also get an “early redemption” option. This allows early investors to redeem their entire investment at any time during this initial 1 year period with 60 days advance notice. Any investor who exercises the early redemption option will continue to receive 1% monthly interest until the date of the redemption, with no penalties / early redemption fees. Upon redemption, all future interest payments will cease.

There are no setup fees or administrative fees for early investors of Chhoda Real Estate LLC, and the 1% monthly return is guaranteed personally by Dr. Nitin Chhoda and his network of companies. A notarized written agreement and guarantee of return will be provided to all investors. All investors will also receive Form 1099-INT for the year in which interest is paid.
